Multimedia Training/eLearning Programmer (Multiple)

|
Provide multimedia programming support for an eLearning and instructional systems solutions provider. Responsible for the development, coding, and debugging of interactive multimedia instruction in accordance with customer requirements, industry best practice and public standards. This resource will execute the instructional design in provided storyboards to create highly interactive courseware that will be deployed in CD-ROM, web and LMS environments. There is customer interface and a high degree of team interaction in all phases of the job.
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years experience working with complex instructional multimedia projects. Expertise (advanced) with Flash ActionScript highly desired. Should have knowledge and experience with Instructional Systems Design methodology, SCORM Metadata/Runtime/Data model, multimedia authoring tools, RTE1-3 conformant LMSs, Macromedia Flash, JavaScript and HTML. Should have knowledge/experience working in a team programming environment and familiarity with object oriented design methodology. Must be able to communicate complex ideas in clear English to co-workers and customers.

Training Analyst/Courseware Developer (Multiple)

This person will participate in all training development and implementation stages, to include development of formal training plans, curricula and lesson plans; design and development of training materials; and administration and delivery of training classes. Training will encompass both functional and technical training across a series of military related topics and systems. A blended approach to training will be utilized that combines traditional training with new delivery methods (computer-based training, video, internet, etc). Ideally this person would keep abreast of information technology training needs, trends, methods, materials, and techniques and can combine training methodologies with end-user software expertise. Occasional long distance travel would be required.
